2. Nature of Delivery

All products on BudgetDealz are delivered digitally through:

  • WhatsApp (if applicable)
  • User Dashboard / My Orders Page

3. Delivery Time

Delivery is generally:

  • Instant (within a few seconds or minutes)
  • Up to 30 minutes in some cases due to stock/API/verification
  • Up to 24 hours for high-value or special gift cards

Delays may occur due to:

  • Bank/payment gateway confirmation time
  • Merchant or brand API delays
  • High order volume or server load
  • Incorrect contact information provided by the user

4. No Physical Shipping

BudgetDealz does not deliver any physical items. There are no courier charges, no COD options, and no physical shipments.

5. Delivery Confirmation

Once the digital product is delivered, you will receive:

  • A confirmation message
  • The digital code or gift card
  • Order details and billing information

Users are responsible for checking their email/WhatsApp inbox, spam folder, and dashboard for delivery.

6. Incorrect Details Provided by Customer

BudgetDealz is not responsible for delays or loss of delivery if:

  • Wrong email address is entered
  • Wrong phone number is provided
  • WhatsApp is not active or reachable

No refund or re-delivery is possible once a code is delivered to the incorrect information provided by the user.

7. Order Verification

For certain high-value orders, we may verify:

  • Past order behavior
  • Payment authenticity

Verification may temporarily delay order delivery, but this is done to protect the user and prevent fraud.

8. Failed Delivery

A delivery is considered failed if:

  • The product is not delivered within the expected time
